Besides the X200 Ultra Flagship model impressing with the top camera system, Vivo today also officially launched X200S – a compact high -end version, towards a comprehensive experience for users. Despite the thin size of only 7.99mm, this machine still owns a large 6.200mAh battery with a powerful configuration no less than the flagships in 2025.

Vivo X200S is one of the first devices equipped with MediaTek Dimensity 9400 Plus processor – the pulse version of Dimensity 9400, promising AI performance increased by 20%. The device comes with LPDDR5X RAM and UFS 4.1 internal memory, with options up to 16GB of RAM and 1TB of memory.
The screen of the device is a 6.67 -inch flat OLED panel, 1.5k resolution (2800 x 1260), 120Hz scan frequency, maximum brightness of 4,500 nites and supports adjusting PWM 2.160Hz brightness. This panel is produced by Boe.

In terms of camera, Vivo X200S uses the main Sony IMX921 50MP sensor with OIS optical stabilization and VCS 2.0 color technology developed by Vivo. Besides, it is a 50MP super wide -angle camera (Samsung JN1) and a potential lens of 50MP Tele (IMX882) that supports 3x and OIS optical zoom. The front camera is a 32MP Samsung sensor.
The device runs Android 15 with the Originos 5 interface. The ultrasonic fingerprint sensor is integrated under the screen. Vivo X200S is also equipped with dual stereo speakers, laser focus sensors, flashing anti -flashing sensors and IP68/IP69 dust/water resistance. Another highlight is the feature “Network connection at kilometers” – allowing the transmission within a large range without mobile connectivity, but can only be applied in the Chinese market.

The device supports 90W and 40W wireless charging with dual battery design, similar to other models in the X200 series. Modern connections such as Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 5.4, NFC, IR infrared, and linear X-shaft vibrating motor are fully integrated.
Vivo X200S has 4 colors: light purple, mint blue, pure white and classic black. The selling price in China started from 4,199 yuan (14.8 million) for the 12GB + 256GB version, and the highest was 5,499 yuan (19.4 million) for 16GB + 1TB version. Vivo has not yet announced the plan to issue X200S to the international market.
