After the great success of the X100 Ultra in China last year, Vivo officially launched the successor generation X200 Ultra – a flagship that fully converges the factors of performance, photography and user experience at the highest level of 2025.
The first highlight is the hardware configuration. Vivo X200 Ultra is equipped with Snapdragon 8 Elite processor, comes with RAM LPDDR5X optional 12GB or 16GB and UFS 4.1 internal memory up to 1TB. It owns 6.82 inch OLED LTPO screen with QHD+resolution, 120Hz scan frequency and maximum brightness up to 4500 nit, supporting ultrasonic fingerprint sensor under the screen. In addition, the device also meets IP68 and IP69 dust resistance standards.

However, the point that makes the outstanding difference of the X200 Ultra is in the breakthrough camera cluster. The main camera is a Sony LYT-818 sensor of 50MP resolution, f/1.69 aperture, 1/1.28 inch sensor size-although not 1 inch as many competitors but using a 35mm focal length, instead of 24mm popular over 99% of smartphones today. This gives a closer view, more suitable for portraits and life, which is a focal point that many photographers appreciate.

Super wide-angle camera also uses the 50MP LYT-818 sensor with a 14mm focal length, giving the ability to collect light and detail equivalent to the main camera-a very rare point on current smartphones. Vivo even showed off these super wide -lens astronomical photos, showing impressive night shooting ability.

Tele lens is a Samsung Isocell HP9 sensor with 200MP resolution, 85mm focal length, f/2.27 aperture, supporting macro at a distance of 15cm. But the most special thing is the ability to add a 2,35x removable lens to turn this camera into a 200mm lens (equivalent to Zoom 8.7x). Vivo confirmed that the image quality at 35x through this lens is still very “used”, and Zoom 70X through this lens may be equivalent to the 30x zoom without additional pipes.

In addition, the X200 Ultra also has photographer Kit accessories including: Grip with a separate shutter/video button, parameter adjustment, shoulder strap, 2300mAh removable battery and 2.35x removable lens. This Grip can connect via the USB-C port and turn the phone into a true photography device, directly confronted with the accessories of Xiaomi 15 Ultra.

Other advanced camera features include 4K 120fps video recording on all three rear cameras, 4K 60fps 10-bit log shot with Dolby Vision support, 50MP selfie camera, two separate image processing chips (VS1 processing money and V3+ post-production), physical shutter button similar to specialized camera.

In terms of battery, the device owns a 6000mAh battery that supports 90W and 40W wireless charging. The software comes with Originos 5 on Android 15. The device also supports dual speakers, infrared ports and multi -device connectivity.
The price of Vivo X200 Ultra started in China is 6,499 yuan (23 million VND) for 12GB + 256GB version. The most advanced version of 16GB + 1TB supports satellite connection price 7,999 yuan (28.3 million). The photographer kit includes Vivo X200 Ultra 1TB, Grip, strap and removable lens cost 9,699 yuan (34.3 million VND). In addition, Vivo also sells individual photographers kit with the options as shown below.

Vivo has no plans to issue X200 Ultra to the international market. This is a pity when this product is not only strong in configuration but also brings a rare photography experience on smartphones.
